Jim is a full-time employee and is responsible for all directorial duties within the Behavior Medicine Department.  Jim took over direction of the Department from John Rau, currently the hospital CEO, in 1990.  Jim is also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor by the State of Minnesota, Department of Health.
