Patsy is a part-time mental health practitioner providing Family Community Support Services and Children’s Therapeutic Support Services to youth and their families in Grant and Stevens counties. Ms. Shannon has a Master’s Degree of Science in Child Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University. Prior to this position she worked for 19 years as an in-home family therapist in Otter Tail, Grant and Wadena counties.
