Community Outreach and Employee Recognition Coordinator

Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access hospital and clinic, has a full-time, 40 hours/week position available within its H.R. department for a Community Outreach and Employee Recognition Coordinator. This position will coordinate the Employee Recognition & Appreciation committee, various facility events, student internships and job shadowing, and the volunteer group and gift shop.  This position will collaborate with the Marketing department in planning for various community events as well as participating in committees and fundraising efforts.  Experience preferred in HR and/or marketing, fundraising/grants and event planning.  Must be a self-starter, organized, be creative and have strong communication skills.  Must have strong time management skills for the variety of duties involved.
