Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access hospital and clinic, has a full-time position available within it’s Patient Account Services Department for a Self-Pay Account Specialist responsible for all aspects of self-pay follow-up and customer service. Candidate must be able to work independently, be organized and detail oriented with strong computer and communication skills. Customer service skills preferred. This position will be setting up payment guidelines and offer financial assistance as needed.
