Fall into Health

You are invited to join us in promoting and improving health for all! Fall into Health is a annual community health initiative sponsored by Stevens Community Medical Center that focuses on connecting our health-related community resources to the general public. There will be a grab bag, lots of giveaways, and definitely something for all ages! FREE Keynote Speaker, FREE Labs, a FREE community meal, and FREE health-related info booths. About Keynote Speaker
We are excited to announce that we will be bringing in keynote speaker, Kristen Brown, CSP. She comes with a ton of energy and passion around mental health, grief and building resilience during difficult times. Kristen Brown is originally from Montevideo and is scheduled to speak in the Concert Hall at 6:00 pm, FREE of charge. Daycare will be available during the speaker too (provided by area Girl Scout Troup!) Invite your friends! Read more about her here.
FREE Labs Draws
Lab draws will include Glucose, Cholesterol, Hemoglobin (Hgb), and Vitamin D. No appointments needed. Note: Your results will be mailed back to you in a week or less. It is up to you to share these results with your primary care provider.
FREE Community Meal
A FREE fall-inspired community meal will consist of pork loin, Fresha carrots, a wild rice pilaf with dried cranberries and pecans, buns and pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting made by the Benson Bakery. SCMC works diligently to find a healthy balance and source items locally for this meal. There will be recipe cards and nutrition information visible and available at the event as well.
FREE Health-Related Info Booth
Stop by the number of SCMC and community health booths. Our invited health partners can register for Fall into Health here. If you have any questions about being invited to participate in this event, please call (320) 208-7803 or (320) 589-7631. The only criteria to register a booth is your initiative/business should provide a health service. You can sign up here.
Flu Shots/COVID-19 Vaccine
You do need to register in advance. You can sign up online here, otherwise, you can call (320) 589-7600. Appointments are available from 5-7 pm.
