With an approximate population of 5,300, Morris is located 165 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St.Paul and 105 miles southeast of Fargo. Group Health Insurance - available to employees classified as regularly scheduled 30 or more hours per week. 2 plans to choose from. Enrolled employees are also eligible for a health club reimbursement program at participating health clubs.
Dental Insurance - no-network plan available for full-time employees.
Life Insurance - Full-time employees receive 1 x annual salary in life insurance benefits, part-time employees receive $7,500 in life insurance benefits. Supplemental (voluntary) insurance coverages such as spouse and dependent life insurance, Short Term Disability and other voluntary coverages may be purchased by the employee.
Long Term Disability Insurance - provided at no cost for full-time employees.
Paid Time Off - vacation, sick, and holidays all combined into one generous PTO plan. Accrual increases by length of service.
Health Savings Account - Available for use with the High Deductible Healthcare Plan, employees may contribute up to limits set annually by the IRS.
Flexible Spending Accounts - Available for both health and dependent care.
Money Purchase Pension Plan- Employer contribution made after one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked. Employee is 100% vested after 3 years of employment.
403(B) Retirement Plan - Employee contributions can be made immediately upon hire. Employer match of 50% of the first 4% of eligible compensation will occur after 1 year of service in which you work 1,000 hours.
Eyewear Discount - All employees and their immediate family members are eligible for a 30% discount on eyewear purchased in the Eye Gallery at SCMC (upon completion of 3 months of employment).
Bereavement Leave - 3 days off with pay to replace scheduled work days following the death of an immediate family member for employees scheduled 30 or more hours/week.
