The state of MN is now in the next phase of 1b Tier 2 and 3. Stevens Community Medical Center will be taking appointments for tier 2 and 3. Our providers have identified their patients that fall under tier 2 and THEY HAVE BEEN CONTACTED by SCMC. If you do not have a SCMC primary care provider and feel like you qualify in tier 2 you can call and check for availability. SCMC is given an allotment of vaccine weekly and that amount varies depending on what the state receives. After that is known, we will open up appointments. Tier 3 includes a much larger group (people with one or more underlying conditions.)
