Dr. Elizabeth Jenson is a Physical Therapist who practices both in neurological & orthopedic rehabilitation. She started her education at Gustavus Adolphus College (B.A. Theatre, Dance, and Anthropology) and completed her Doctorate degree at the University of the Pacific, California. Her education included serving Wounded Warriors at the Navy Medical Center (Balboa, CA), Neuro Pediatric work at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN), and flying all the way to Vietnam on a Medical Mission trip to provide free care and education.
Before joining Select Physical Therapy, she had spent the majority of her career at Allina Health- CKRI as a physical therapist assisting with developing community programs such as Parkinson’s, Fall prevention, and Concussion. She has also served as the Concussion Program Director at Casa Colina Hospital in Southern California, where she cared for individuals of many walks of life – from helping professional athletes to assisting in recovery for individuals after a fall. Her specialties are Concussion (Vision/Vestibular), Parkinson’s LSVT, Vertigo, Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, and training athletes. She has done some research and spoken on national platforms on interventions regarding Post Concussion Syndrome. She enjoys working with all types of patients, collaborating with them, so that they can be at their best when participating in what matters most to them.
