Stevens Community Medical Center is excited to welcome board-certified general surgeon, William “Bill” J. Lee, M.D. to the SCMC surgical team. Dr. Lee has over 21 years of experience in general and bariatric surgery and has performed numerous surgeries throughout his career. He offers the skill and attention that is characteristic of the medical field’s leading surgeons. Dr. Lee believes nothing is more important than your health and cannot stress enough how patient care is his number one priority.
As a member of the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Lee also performs a variety of surgical procedures including hiatal hernia repair (heartburn), bowel surgery, appendectomy, tubal ligation, and cesarean sections. He has had extensive experience in gastrointestinal and bariatrics and can perform a broad array of general surgical procedures such as colonoscopy for screening, diagnosis and treatment, upper GI endoscopies, and so many more.
