You are invited to join us in promoting and improving health for all! The 13th annual Fall into Health is a community health initiative sponsored by Stevens Community Medical Center (SCMC) that focuses on connecting our health-related community resources to the general public. There will be lots of giveaways, FREE Labs, a FREE community meal, FREE health-related info booths, and definitely something for all ages! Daycare and interpreters will be on-site if needed. Flu shots will also be available.
FREE Labs Draws
Lab draws will include Glucose, Cholesterol, Hemoglobin (Hgb), and Vitamin D. No appointments needed. Note: Your results will be mailed back to you in a week or less. It is up to you to share these results with your primary care provider.

FREE Health-Related Info Booths
Stop by the variety of SCMC and community health booths. Our invited health partners can register on our site with the Register a Booth button on the top of this page. If you have any questions about being invited to participate in this event, please call (320) 208-7803 or (320) 589-7631. The only criteria to register a booth is your initiative/business should provide a health service to our local community.
Flu Shot Clinic
Pre-registering for a flu shot is not required, but it is recommended. Book online with the Sign up for a Flu Shot button on the top of this page or call (320) 589-7600 to schedule. COVID-19 vaccine will be available too. Appointments are available from 5-7 pm. Walk-ins are welcome.
