Dr. Samuel Bloomsburg received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He earned his Master of Science in Biology from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho, before completing his Doctor of Medicine at the Washington State University Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine in Spokane, Washington. He completed his General Surgery residency at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Fargo, North Dakota.
Dr. Bloomsburg is committed to caring for patients of all ages and is passionate about providing high-quality general surgery in rural communities. He believes patients should have access to exceptional surgical care close to home, allowing them to receive treatment while remaining near their families and support systems.

Dr. Bloomsburg has experience in abdominal, breast, endoscopic, vascular, endocrine, and trauma surgery, as well as surgical critical care. He has also been published in the areas of foregut surgery and surgical critical care.
