NovaCare in Morris, MN is seeking a Full-time Front Desk/Patient Service Specialist (PSS) for our physical therapy clinic located at SCMC.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person to join our team! Previous office experience and computer skills are preferred.
This is a week day (M-F) position with no evenings, weekends or holidays.
Compensation: starting at $18-$25 hourly commensurate on years of experience
Our Patient Service Specialist are similar to medical office assistants with duties including, but not limited to:
o Patient Registration
o Insurance verification
o Co-pay collections
o Obtaining referrals and authorizations
o General facility upkeep
o Greeting patients
o Answering telephones and additional administrative functions
