Stevens Community Medical Center (SCMC) is proud to share that our clinic has been recognized by the Horizon Public Health of Minnesota for having the highest well-child and teen checkup participation rate in the state in 2025!
This recognition highlights the importance of preventive care and the commitment of our healthcare team to helping children and teens stay healthy and on track as they grow.
Well-child and teen checkups provide valuable opportunities to monitor growth and development, address health concerns, provide guidance and build relationships with healthcare providers. These visits are an important part of supporting healthy futures for children and families.
This achievement would not be possible without the dedication of our clinic providers, nurses, lab and radiology staff, billing, scheduling staff, who work every day to make these visits meaningful and accessible for the families we serve.
