How does AblePay Work?
AblePay members can now save up to 13% on all of your out-of-pocket medical expenses (deductibles, and coinsurance.) The program is NO COST and works with any primary health insurance, including Medicare. You can also include family members on your account. As a AblePay member, you have the flexible payment options on every bill and the full support of our billing experts if you have any questions.

How you save Money
We process payments for medical providers on behalf of our members, reducing their expenses. We deliver providers prompt payment. Hence they are willing to accept our reimbursement as payment in full, allowing us to offer all the benefits membership provides. Once enrolled, show your AblePay card during your next appointment. We receive your charges and pay the provider per our agreed rate. When you are notified via email and text, you will have 5 days to decide how much you wish to save by choosing the payment option that works for you.

Our convenient Member Portal makes paying and tracking medical expenses easy and efficient. Our team of medical claim experts is always available to answer questions and will even reach out to the providers billing staff on your behalf if needed.

How can there be No-Cost or No Interest Charged when using the Ablepay program?
We assist medical providers by helping reduce their receivable times and expenses. In exchange for prompt payment, providers are willing to offer us a lower rate, covering our business costs.

Is AblePay insurance?
No, it is entered as secondary insurance only for the purpose of the bill being sent to AblePay for processing.

Do I still receive my Explanation of Benefits (EOB)?
Yes! You will still receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier.

Can I include my spouse and children under my account?
You can include anyone under your account that you wish to be financially responsible for, even if their health insurance is different than yours.

Is AblePay HIPAA compliant?
Yes, AblePay is HIPAA compliant and takes the security of your Protected Health Information (PHI) seriously.

What do you do with my payment method information?
The data is tokenized in order to process payments without viewing your sensitive information.

Can I use AblePay for Dental/Vision/Rx?
We are unable to provide savings on these services at this time.
