Dementia Essentials 8-20-26

SCMC will continue to offer quarterly Dementia Essentials support for caregivers, family and anyone who would like to learn more, has been affected by, or needs support with Dementia. The session is offered quarterly, giving you multiple opportunities to join when the time is right for you and your family. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Read more here –>

This sessions is at SCMC in the Administrative Conference Room on the first floor. Enter at the Main Entrance off of South Street, follow the signs.
