Customer Service Representative

Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access hospital and clinic, has a full-time position available within its Patient Account Services Department for a Customer Service Representative to provide services in the cashier office.  Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting with collections, statements/accepting payments and printing claim forms for billers.  Good communication skills required.  Medical terminology is helpful.
