Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access hospital and clinic, has a full-time position open within its Human Resources Department for a Human Resources Assistant. The right candidate must be proficient in Excel, good with numbers, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask a must. HR experience preferred, but not required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Staff recruitment: publicize and solicit applications for open positions. Keep accurate records for Affirmative Action Reporting.
- Employee Benefit Program: Assist with enrollment, answer questions and complete ACA documentation.
- Staff Orientation: New hire orientation to include required documentation and follow-up.
- Set up and tracking of Performance Evaluations, Job Descriptions, and Personnel Files for staff.
- Maintain contracts and individual information for contracted services.
- Extensive knowledge of various computer programs (Excel, Word, Docusign, Email) is a must.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets.

Pay Information: $24.09 up to $34.67 and is dependent on prior relevant experience.
