Infection Control RN, Employee Health, and Education & Emergency Preparedness Coordinator

Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access hospital and clinic, has a full-time position available for an Infection Control RN, Education & Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to oversee SCMC’s infection control program and employee health, development and implementation of staff education, and serve as the facility Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.  Position to begin sometime in early 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Must have unencumbered Minnesota RN licensure
  • Infection control certification preferred
  • Experience coordinating infection control programs in a health-related organization and knowledge of epidemiologic principals
  • 5 years of experience in a hospital nursing setting
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness

Benefit Information: Full-time benefits include: health, dental, life and disability insurances, PTO, ESST, other employee-paid benefits, 403(b) match, and Pension plan.

Pay Information: Starting at $37.50 per hour and is based on prior relevant experience.
