RN Nurse Manager

Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access hospital and clinic, has a full-time position available for an RN Nurse Manager to provide direct and indirect supervision of professional nursing care to the patients we serve and accountability for the nursing functions on the acute care nursing area. This will include 12-hour shifts on the acute care floor, designated time for leadership projects and every fourth weekend rotation with flexibility depending on staffing needs.  Position to begin sometime in early 2026.

Required Qualifications:

*Must have unencumbered MN license

*Prefer five years of relevant clinical and/or leadership experience

*Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

We are looking for an individual who pursues excellence in promoting the patient experience, excellent people skills and ability to lead and supervise the acute care nursing staff.

Benefit Information: Full-time benefits include: health, dental, life and disability insurances, PTO, ESST, other employee-paid benefits, 403(b) match, and Pension plan.

Pay Information: Starting at $50.00 per hour and is based on prior relevant experience.
