Dr. Levi Smith received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD. He completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry (UIWRSO) in San Antonio, TX. He completed his Optometry residency in Ocular Disease/Primary Eyecare from BronxCare Health System State University of New York College of Optometry in the Bronx, NY.
Skills
Dr. Smith enjoys the opportunity to care for patients of all ages and especially has found optometry rewarding because of the ability to form relationships with patients that last for many years. He is a member of the American Academy of Optometry (AAO), the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Minnesota Optometric Association (MOA). He enjoys managing glaucoma which stems from being involved in various glaucoma research projects throughout his training. He will practice full-time in the SCMC Morris Eye Clinic.
Dr. Smith grew up in Sioux Falls, SD and after medical school worked in private optometry practice in Rochester, MN. He enjoys spending time on the golf course and camping with his wife Suzanne and their two boys Harrison and Charlie.
