LPN, MORRIS CLINIC
Full time LPN, responsible for assisting Family Medicine Provider and patients with the clinical aspect of the patient visit. LPN will work with physicians, patients, and staff to deliver timely, quality patient health care services.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
PT (30 hrs/week) to FT (40 hrs/week) position, Morris Clinic and Hospital, rotating every 5th weekend and holiday. Direct interaction with patients, physicians, and nursing staff for appointment scheduling, registration with check-in and switchboard. Excellent customer service skills required. Ability to work in high activity environment with accuracy. Medical background preferred.
Full time position, responsible for successfully implementing the Epic system in the ambulatory (clinic) or hospital setting, which includes planning, coordination, and sustainment of the EHR software.
Qualifications, Licensing, Training and Knowledge:
Proficiency in the use of computer applications (Google docs, sheets etc.)
1-3 years of Epic experience in any clinical modules preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of clinical documentation, clinical terminology and clinical models.
Must possess effective communication skills in both oral and written format.
Ability to build a relationship and rapport with other staff members, supervisors, department directors, and physicians.
Ability to adapt to varied situations requiring constructive thinking analysis, critical thinking, interpretation and evaluation.
Ability to have accuracy, judgment and problem solving in a calm, logical, technical, and timely manner needed for the day-to-day duties.
Must be highly-motivated individual with a curiosity to always learn and improve.
Education and Training
Required: Clinical experience, preferably in the nursing field
Preferred: 2-4 years of clinical application experience;
2-4 years direct patient care experience in a clinic or hospital environment
