Come out on Saturday, September 17 for the newly revamped Morris Prairie Harvest Fest (formerly Prairie Pioneer Days!) This year’s event will host a plethora of activities, events, and FUN from all kinds of community initiatives and organizations. One of the events you should really check out is the Magic Mentoring Mile, a fundraising event for RUSC Kindship. SCMC is co-sponsoring the event with RUSC with this fun little mile race with registration starting at 12:30 pm in the Grandstand area. The race starts at 1:00 pm. There will be a free-will donation. The race is a walk/run fundraiser and is open to ALL ages. There will also be a healthy snack, water, and a free grab bag for all racers.
