Personal Chef/Dietary Aide

Part-Time position including every other weekend and rotating holidays.  Strong customer service skills preferred.  Some lifting required.  Food service experience helpful.  2 shifts per week with potential for more.

Doctorate Level Licensed Psychologist

Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access Hospital and clinic, has a full-time position available within the Behavioral Medicine Department for a Licensed Psychologist.  In addition to the Morris location, the Behavioral Medicine Department offers outpatient therapy and psychiatry services to a five county area with satellite offices located in Wheaton and Starbuck.  The Psychologist in this position would be required to complete Diagnostic Assessments, Psychological testing, treatment plans and ongoing therapy.  There is the opportunity to work a four day work week with flexible scheduling. Salary is not contingent upon client contact hours.  Full benefit package available.  Student loan repayment program available for qualified candidates. SCMC has a HPSA score of 11.

Nursing Assistant - Courage Cottage

Part time mix of evening and overnights 32 hours per pay period (3-4 shifts every 2 weeks), includes every other weekend and rotating holidays.  Must be 18 years of age.  CNA certification preferred.

Office Specialist

The Office Specialist will be responsible for handling a variety of everyday tasks related to the nursing and quality departments and play an important role in assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) with projects and activities as directed, including Patient Financial Navigator for the Infusion Center and assisting the Quality Department with data collection and reporting. 

Experience in computer technology, office methods, medical terminology, and EPID preferred.  Must be organized, self-motivated, and willing to work independently. 

This is a Full-Time position, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  Full-time benefits include health, dental, life and disability insurance and paid time off (PTO). 

LPN - Behavioral Medicine

Full-time LPN to work with the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners providing nursing support in the delivery of timely and quality patient health care services in the Behavioral Medicine Department.  Full-time scheduled 32-40 hours per week.  Full benefit package available.

Health Information Management Office Specialist

Full-time position serving patient health information needs in a friendly and professional manner.  Must be detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.  Ability to work as a team player in a high activity environment with accuracy while protecting patient confidentiality and security.  Epic EHR experience helpful, medical background preferred, and proficiency in excel required.

Mental Health Professional

Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access Hospital and clinic, has a full-time position available within the Behavioral Medicine Department for a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPPC, LICSW, or PsyD, LP).  In addition to the Morris location, the Behavioral Medicine Department offers outpatient therapy and psychiatry services to a five county area with satellite offices located in Wheaton and Starbuck.  The therapist in this position would be required to complete Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans and ongoing therapy with individuals, couples and families which include ages six and above.  There is the opportunity to work a four day work week with flexible scheduling. Salary is not contingent upon client contact hours.  Full benefit package available.  Student loan repayment program available for qualified candidates.

LPN/CMA Clinic

Full-time LPN/CMA working in Cardiology, Dermatology, every 4th Urgent Care weekend, and fill-in with other practices as needed. LPN/CMA will work with providers, patients, and staff to deliver timely, quality patient health care services. 

Skills and Abilities required:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with physician, patient, public and other staff
  • Knowledge of clinical technical skills
  • Must demonstrate sensitivity with confidential information
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and willingness to learn and use programs.

Skills and Abilities preferred:

  • Working knowledge of EPIC electronic health record system. 
  • Clinic Nursing Experience.
