 Duties Include:

  • Staff Recruitment – publicize and solicit applications for open positions.  Keep accurate records for Affirmative Action Reporting.

  • Employee Benefit Program – Assist with enrollment, answer questions and complete ACA documentation.

  • Staff Orientation – New hire orientation to include required documentation and follow-up

  • Set up and tracking of Performance Evaluations, Job Descriptions and Personnel Files for staff.

  • Maintain contracts and individual information for contracted services.

  • Extensive knowledge of various computer programs (Excel, Word, Adobe and Email software) is a must.

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets.


One Full-time or Two Part-time Nurse Practitioners to work in our Urgent Care area. In this setting, the CNP works closely with our staff of experienced professionals to diagnose and treat walk-in patients who seek treatment for a wide variety of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. 


  • Master Degree & Advanced Practice Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Valid DEA for State of MN
  • Previous Urgent Care experience preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • ACLS & PALS recommended. 
  • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well in a collaborative and fast paced environment with ability to multi-task.


FT, Day shift, 80 hours per two-week pay period with the Patient Accounts Services Department in Morris Minnesota.  Responsible for the timely submission/billing of technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies and/or clearing house including all inpatient and outpatient admissions.  Responsible for working denied claims, work unpaid claim reports and assist patients with insurance questions. 


  • Medical Biller is responsible for performing full cycle medical billing for multispecialty physician and hospital services.

  • Medical Biller creates, submits, and processes government, auto, liability and commercial insurance claims.

  • Medical Biller is responsible for follow-up on insurance claim status, resolve denials/rejections, submit re-bills, re-submit claims, and file appeals.

  • Collect on insurance and patient outstanding balances.

  • Accept payments, and work aging reports.

  • Post insurance and patient payments (cash, check, credit card, Explanation of Benefits, EOB, EFT, lock box)

  • Medical Biller is responsible for management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

  • Obtain insurance verification and authorization via phone and insurance payer portals.

  • Medical Biller is responsible for updating patient accounts with registration, insurance, demographic, scheduling, and billing data.

  • Provide superior high volume patient customer service in a fast paced environment.

  • Use Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint), medical software, payer portals and type 40+ WPM.  Epic knowledge preferred. 


  • High School Diploma Required.

  • One or more years of experience providing the Medical Biller responsibilities listed above preferred.

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing, and have knowledge of proper telephone courtesies. 

  • This position must have strong organizational skills and must be highly detailed and accurate. 

  • Adequate computer/keyboarding skills, ability to operate all office equipment (copy machine, fax machine, calculator, etc.).  Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

One PT evening position, 8 shifts every two weeks 

Second PT evening position, 7 shifts every two weeks.

Both include rotating weekends and holidays. 

Must be 18 years of age.  Nursing Assistant Certificate preferred.



$3,000 Sign On Bonus for ARRT or ARRT eligible candidate.  Daytime hours with rotating call every sixth weekend and evenings.  Will cross train to other modalities.  New Grads Welcome.
