Stevens Community Medical Center is excited to welcome board-certified Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Susan Herberg to the SCMC Behavioral Medicine team. She has over 21 years nursing experience, including long-term care, critical access hospital, and inpatient mental health facility. Susan’s main goal is to explore and provide individual treatment modalities to clients with mental health disorders, allowing them to function at their highest ability daily. Services to be provided are medication management, therapy, and/or referrals via in-office or telehealth services. Susan is now taking appointments in the SCMC Behavioral Medicine Clinic in Morris.
