Book a sports physical for only $35 on Tue., August 6 from 8am-5pm & Wed., August 7 from 12-7pm. (Morris Clinic location) and Thursday, August 15 from 8am-4pm (Starbuck Clinic location.)
Cost will be $35 (reduced rate, will not be billed to insurance.)

Please note immunizations will not be addressed or given at sports physicals and $35 reduced payment is due at time of appointment. As a reminder, this is not a full physical or well-child exam, just a sports physical and only 15 min. Please have your sports physical paperwork completed prior to your appointment. This can be obtained from your school’s office or on your school website.
